Swisscontact Tanzania – Skills Development and Market Linkages Programme (2021–2024)

Enhancing Employability and Enterprise Opportunities for Youth and Women

Implementation and Training Partner: Food Information Tanzania (FIT) collaborated with Swisscontact Tanzania under the Skills for Employment (S4E) and related agribusiness programmes to build employability, entrepreneurship, and practical market linkages for young people and women across selected agri-food value chains from 2021 to 2024.

The project supported youth skills development through competency-based training, mentorship, and business incubation, helping MSMEs and farmer groups to strengthen value addition, access finance, and operate under improved food-safety and hygiene standards.
